1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and complete payment verification. During peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain delays), processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Times
We ship to addresses within Mexico. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the size/weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: The most economical option. Estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 10 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: A faster delivery option. Estimated delivery timeframe is 2 to 5 business days after processing.
Note: “Business days” exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays in Mexico. The estimated delivery time begins from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Actual delivery times may be impacted by carrier performance and factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs (for international shipments if offered in future), or logistical delays.
3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
- Primary Market: We currently ship to all states within Mexico. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- International Shipping: At this time, we primarily serve the domestic Mexican market as indicated by our operational address. For inquiries regarding potential future international shipping, please contact us at songance@torrezamgroup.com.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or misdirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, the shipping method selected, and the total weight/dimensions of your order. Any applicable taxes and customs duties (for potential future international orders) are the responsibility of the customer. We occasionally offer promotional free or discounted shipping—terms for such promotions will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
6. Delivery Issues
While we strive for seamless delivery, issues can occasionally occur.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a carrier attempts delivery but fails (e.g., no one is available to sign, address inaccessible), they will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local depot. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will incur additional return shipping fees, which must be paid before the order can be re-shipped.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or your building’s management. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If the carrier confirms a delivery error or loss, please contact us at songance@torrezamgroup.com with the details, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for packages stolen after delivery.
- Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package or its contents appear visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and note “Damaged” on the carrier’s delivery receipt. If you discover damage after accepting the package, please contact us within 48 hours at songance@torrezamgroup.com with clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund following our Returns Policy.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
TORREZAM GROUP, S.A. de C.V. is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, transportation stoppages, supplier failures, and severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will work diligently with our shipping partners to resume service as soon as possible and will communicate updates to affected customers.
8. In-Store Pickup
Currently, we do not offer an in-store pickup option. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our central distribution facility.
